The tub
Record the manufacturer or model if known, outside dimensions, cabinet condition, installation type, and whether the tub is empty. Photograph all sides and the equipment compartment.
The route
Measure the narrowest gate or passage. Count steps, note steep grades and tight turns, identify overhead obstructions, and show where a truck or trailer can park legally.
Utilities and structure
State whether electrical, water, and any gas service have been safely disconnected. For a recessed tub, photograph the deck opening and support area. Separate structural repairs from removal scope.
The finish line
List every cover, step, lifter, pump, enclosure panel, or approved surround section that should leave. Say what condition the pad or opening should be left in.
